The following patterns were created for charity knitting. I started a
fun trick about 20 years ago where I knit a hat for charity from each
and every hat pattern I find - magazines, pattern books, Internet, etc.
It is amazing how many hats you can knit this way! And I never
missed the dibs and dabs of yarn that it used. There are ALWAYS people in need of warm hats and mittens. Some of the Churches in Rochester, put up Mitten Trees at Christmas where all the offerings are donated to people in need. You can quickly find an organization in your area by running a search on your computer. Here's a link to get you started: Project Linus If you would like to help by knitting for those less fortunate than
yourself and need yarn, please drop me an email and I'll send you some.
Feel free to use my patterns for charity knitting.
